1.    Carry fewer parts in your inventory.  Only release the amount of parts that you need when you want them.  You don’t need to take them all at once to get a good price.  Tell us when you want them, and we’ll carry the inventory, not you.

 2.    Pay less for the parts that you order.  We’ll give you a price based on how many parts that you’ll use over a period of time instead of how many you need in one shipment.  The more you order, the lower your price.  Bonus:  Lower prices mean lower inventory costs. 

 3.    Save at least 30 days of cash flow and carrying costs.  If you make parts in house, your payables’ aging starts the day that you receive the material to make that part.  Up to 6 weeks could elapse between when you receive the material and complete the part.  By having Advance make the parts for you, your aging doesn’t start until you receive finished parts.

 4.    Save at least another 23 days of cash flow and carrying costs.  Your production employees expect to be paid in about a week after they perform their work (as well they   should) when you make parts in house, regardless of whether the part is complete or not.  When you rely on Advance to make your parts for you, you don’t have to part with your money until 30 days after you have had completed parts in house.

 5.    Pay no freight costs.  Concerned about freight costs?  We can provide you pricing that has no freight costs.

 6.    Save space.  Fewer parts on the shelf means less space needed.  We stock over $250,000 in parts for our customers.  We have the space in our machine shop.  We don’t mind.

 7.    Stock less material.  If you are making parts in house, you need a place to store raw material, partially completed parts, and finished goods.  Why not shrink this down from three items (or more) to just one?
