Meet Andy At Advance Machining & Gear, everybody knows who Andy is. Our happy mascot is everywhere in our central Ohio office and shop, reminding us of our real purpose as a company: giving back. Andy was created to do more than just be a mascot for a machine shop. Being a mascot is just Andy's day job while he builds his career as a child advocate. Children throughout the world are being neglected, abused, and hurt in ways that are difficult to understand. May kids don't even have clean clothes or a place to call home. It's happening in many different countries as well as in our own neighborhoods.
